Task 035: Comprehensive Report Quality Review with Codex
Status: DONE
Goal
Per CLAUDE.md directive: "Periodically have other Claude Code sessions or Codex review reports for readability/clarity."
All 5 episode reports and the cross-episode summary are now published. Conduct a systematic quality review using Codex consultation to catch:
- Readability/clarity issues in analysis text
- Inconsistent terminology or formatting
- Missing context that would help readers
- Scientific accuracy of explanations
- Natural flow of dialogue citations
- Quality of Japanese prose
Codex Review Results
Findings (5 items)
- HIGH — ASR dialogue errors in EP04 report (FIXED)
- 4 dialogue quotes had 「式」(ASR error) instead of 「炉」(reactor)
- The corrected text existed in ep04_dialogue.json but hadn't been propagated to ep04.json
- Fixed: ep04-quote-01, 03, 04, 06
- MEDIUM — EP05 provisional markers incomplete (FIXED)
- Summary had ※暫定 but exploration summaries and some transfers read as definitive
- Added ※暫定 to: ep05-transfer-01, ep05-transfer-05, all 3 exploration summaries
- MEDIUM — EP05 sourceRef format inconsistent (FIXED)
- Used 「第4話 17:29」instead of sm45851569 17:29 format
- Standardized 3 sourceRef fields to use Niconico video ID format
- MEDIUM — Cross-episode verdict labels (NO ACTION NEEDED)
- Codex noted cross-episode table uses 「妥当」while episodes use plausible
- Investigated: this is correct — data uses English enums, templates render Japanese labels
- Cross-episode table values are display text, not enum values
- LOW — Terminology variation (NOTED, not acted on)
- brachistochrone/Brachistochrone casing, 巡行/巡航
- Low priority; could add lint rule in future
Positive Feedback from Codex
- Structure is very well organized (Hohmann + transfers + explorations per episode)
- Mass mystery narrative works well across episodes
- Scientific communication balance is good
- Citation coverage is comprehensive for EP01-04
