Findings

Ships (4 types): 大型船(EP02, 500kt+), 保安艦隊(EP04, 5+隻), 保安艇(EP05, 2隻), 商船群(~700隻)

Stations (4): ガニメデ中央港, エンケラドスST, タイタニア複合施設, エンケラドスリレー

Navigation: 港湾航舎体系(100年+), 旧ビーコン網, オービタルカーテン

Governance (4): 軌道公案機構, 木星軌道連合, 天王星自治有効機構, UN軌道交番機構

Key orbital mechanics: 保安艦隊33h Saturn→Titania requires ΔV≥58 km/s. ケストレル2,100 km/s final velocity makes torpedo interception impossible.
