Task 139: Report Quality Review — External Agent Review Pass

Status: DONE

Motivation

All 138 previous tasks complete. Periodic report review is a CLAUDE.md directive. Used external reviewer agents (Sonnet, separate context) to evaluate EP05 and summary reports.

Findings and Fixes

HIGH Priority (Fixed)

1. science-accuracy.json: Sources not clickable — All 7 external source citations were plain text. Added markdown hyperlinks (Voyager 2 DOI, JPL, ICRP, Bussard & DeLauer, ep05 reference).
2. communications.json: ライ used as character name — CLAUDE.md prohibits fabricated character names. Replaced all 5 instances of ライ with 船乗り.
3. EP05 capture ΔV values mismatch — Report exploration-02 scenario values diverged from ep05_calculations.json captureTable. Updated v∞=1,3,10 km/s scenarios to match computed values.

MEDIUM Priority (Fixed)

1. science-accuracy/cross-episode item count desync — science-accuracy.json had 11 items, cross-episode.json had 15. Added 4 missing items (nozzle lifespan, Oberth effect, RK4 energy conservation, RK4 ΔV invariance). Updated summary counts (15 items, 11 verified, 4 approximate, avg 99.0%).
2. English in cross-episode.json table metric — "EP1: Mars → Ganymede (brachistochrone, 72h deadline)" translated to Japanese.
3. EP5 shortening ratio inconsistency — cross-episode said 281×, science-accuracy said 278×. Computed correct value: 278×. Fixed cross-episode.

Noted but Not Fixed (Lower Priority)

• EP05 missing glossary for technical terms (brachistochrone, ΔV, SOI, etc.)
• 蘇生変形 (creep deformation) never defined for readers
• Composite dialogue quote ep05-quote-20 maps to single lineId
• Nozzle burn time distribution in charts vs thrust profile inconsistency
• Infrastructure and other-ships reports lack contextual introductions
