Tasks 158-159 just added significant new content to the cross-episode report:

This new content hasn't been reviewed. CLAUDE.md mandates external agent review for report quality.

Mass timeline chart had spurious third burn at EP1: Erroneous 125.7→83.4t drop removed from both Isp series. Chart now correctly shows only accel+decel for EP1 brachistochrone
Chart description didn't state its analytical framework: Added explicit note that chart uses forward simulation from 299t initial mass with Enceladus refuel
