Task 166: MEMORY.md Cleanup — Split into Topic Files

Status: DONE

Goal

Reduce MEMORY.md from 317 lines (over 200-line limit, causing truncation and wasted cache tokens) to under 200 lines by splitting detailed content into topic files.

Approach

• Split detailed Rust crate module listings → memory/rust-crate-details.md
• Split report pipeline details → memory/report-pipeline-details.md
• Split completed features index → memory/completed-features.md
• Keep memory/episode-details.md (already existed)
• Rewrite MEMORY.md as concise index with links to topic files

Result

• MEMORY.md: 317 → 73 lines (77% reduction)
• 4 topic files provide detailed reference when needed
• Every future session benefits from reduced context overhead
