Motivation
Summary report external reviews are in progress. ship-kestrel (T266), cross-episode (T273), and communications (T274) are done; 6 remain. The attitude-control report (姿勢制御精度と安定性の考証) covers thrust vector pointing accuracy, flip maneuver dynamics, engine damage effects, and arrival accuracy — fundamental analysis that benefits from external review.
Scope
- Launch an external review agent (separate context) to review the attitude-control report
- Fix any issues found (data inconsistencies, readability problems, broken links)
- Add regression tests for any corrections
Review Criteria
- Data integrity: calculations, angle values, and physical quantities are consistent
- Japanese text quality: natural phrasing, no awkward constructions
- Navigation: links work, cross-references are valid
- Readability: accessible to readers unfamiliar with SOLAR LINE or orbital mechanics
- Source citations: properly linked and accurate
- Formula rendering: KaTeX/MathJax formulas render correctly
Issues Found and Fixed
External review (Sonnet agent) found 14 issues:
- HIGH: Flip maneuver torque values ~2.78x too large — report used wrong angular velocity model. Corrected to symmetric bang-bang: α=4π/T², ω_max=2π/T. 300s flip: 299 N RCS (was 830 N), 60s flip: 7,470 N (was 20,700 N)
- MEDIUM: Ganymede SOI ~50,000 km incorrect — corrected to Hill sphere ~32,000 km, pointing requirement 24″ (was 37.6″)
- MEDIUM: EP03 timestamp attribution — 14,360,000 km claim at 14:17 was conflated with 1.23° claim at 13:58. Separated into two quotes with correct timestamps
- MEDIUM: Missing newcomer context — added 「本レポートについて」 section explaining Kestrel, ケイ, brachistochrone premise
- MEDIUM: Missing EP02 — added brief EP02 section explaining why trim-thrust cruise has different attitude control characteristics
- MEDIUM: Repetitive phrasing — "隠れた脅威" used in both EP04/EP05; varied EP05 to "副次的リスク"
- MEDIUM: Brachistochrone capitalization inconsistent — standardized to lowercase throughout
- LOW: Gravity gradient torque values ~3% too high — report used I_zz instead of (I_zz - I_xx). Corrected: 88.2→85.6, 30.2→29.3, 3.1→3.0
- LOW: Table headers missing units — added (km), (km/s), (N·m), (N) to column headers
Issues NOT fixed (reviewer incorrect or negligible):
- Pointing precision formula: reviewer claimed values "twice as strict" but report's formula (miss = 0.5·a·sin(θ)·t²) is physically correct for accel-phase pointing error model
- Rounding discrepancy in formula display (6.70 vs 6.704): acceptable
- Summary table placement: current position after analysis is a valid choice
+6 regression tests (flip formula, Hill sphere, EP03 timestamp, gravity gradient, newcomer intro, EP02 section). Total: 2062 TS tests.
