Task 276: Infrastructure Report External Review

Status: DONE

Motivation

The infrastructure report (reports/data/summary/infrastructure.md) covers space ports, navigation beacons, governance structures, and their orbital mechanics implications. It has not been reviewed by an external agent. Following the established review pattern (Tasks 266-275), conduct an external review to check data integrity, readability, factual consistency, and accessibility to newcomers.

Issues Found and Fixed

External review (Sonnet agent) found 20 issues:
