Task 277: Other Ships Report External Review

Status: DONE

Motivation

The other-ships report (reports/data/summary/other-ships.md) covers analysis of non-Kestrel spacecraft in SOLAR LINE — the EP02 mystery ship, EP04 public safety fleet, EP05 security boats, and the commercial shipping fleet. Following the established review pattern (Tasks 266-276), conduct an external review to check data integrity, readability, factual consistency, and accessibility to newcomers unfamiliar with the series.

Issues Found and Fixed

External review (Sonnet agent) found 20 issues:

HIGH: Nuclear torpedo quote had wrong timestamp (11:58→12:07) — separated into two quotes with correct timestamps
HIGH: Propellant mass table off by 10× (0.05%→0.51%) — Tsiolkovsky calculation corrected for all three ship masses
HIGH: Passage time internal inconsistency (0.019s in text vs 0.038s in formula) — unified to correct 0.038s
HIGH: Saturn-Uranus distance used outdated 10 AU — replaced with dual-scenario analysis (1億km + 9.36 AU epoch distance)
HIGH: EP04 fleet brachistochrone had unit error (0.425 m/s² should be km/s² = 425 m/s²) — restructured section with EP04 report's two-scenario analysis
HIGH: EP03 保安艇エシュロン entirely absent — added new section with orbital implications
HIGH: EP01 火星査察艇/地球保安艇 absent — added "追跡の発端" section with dialogue and context
MEDIUM: EP02 large ship quote timestamp wrong (17:51→17:31) — corrected, also expanded to include full dialogue text
MEDIUM: EP05 security boat quote timestamp wrong (14:37→14:31) — corrected with full dialogue text
MEDIUM: ケイの700隻 quote missing timestamp — added (5:54)
MEDIUM: エンケラドスの管理人 quote missing timestamp — added (7:08) with full quote text
MEDIUM: 700隻 and 経済1割 not properly sourced — added separate dialogue quotes with timestamps for each claim
MEDIUM: EP05 security boat ΔV calculation had unit error (0.17 m/s² should be km/s²) — corrected to 46 m/s² (4.7g) with alternative timeline
MEDIUM: No newcomer introduction — added story context to opening paragraph
MEDIUM: Missing cross-reference to EP04 episode report — added links to ep-004.html
LOW: Comparison table expanded to include all 7 ship categories (added EP01 pursuit, EP03 Echelon)
LOW: EP04 fleet ΔV corrected from ≥50 km/s to ≥842 km/s (scenario 1)
LOW: Added glossary entries for 公安艦隊, 保安艇, 港湾航舎ビーコン

+8 regression tests (nuclear torpedo timestamp/consistency, propellant ratio, epoch distance, EP02/EP05 timestamps, EP03 Echelon, EP01 pursuit, dialogue timestamps). Total: 2077 TS tests.
