Task 279: AI Costs Report External Review

Status: DONE

Motivation

All other summary reports have been externally reviewed (Tasks 266, 273-278). The ai-costs report is one of the two remaining summary reports without an external review.

Approach

1. Launch a Task agent with reviewer persona (interested in SF/orbital mechanics but not deeply familiar, no prior SOLAR LINE knowledge)
2. The reviewer evaluates the published report for readability, data consistency, and whether it makes sense to a newcomer
3. Fix issues found in the review
4. Add regression tests for any data corrections

• ai-costs summary report (reports/data/summary/ai-costs.md)
• Data consistency checks
• Readability for newcomers
• Accurate statistics (task count, test count, commit count)
