Summary

Updated cross-episode summary report with EP02 two-phase trim-thrust model findings (from Task 281) and refreshed stale stats across tech-overview and ai-costs reports.

Changes

1. Cross-episode EP02 sections (reports/data/summary/cross-episode.md):

- Replaced 0.61 km/s parabolic capture claim with two-phase model findings (v∞ ≈ 10.5 km/s, capture ΔV ≈ 2.9 km/s)

- Added "EP02 v∞問題の解決" note to propagation verification summary

- Added note to sensitivity analysis clarifying single-phase vs two-phase model distinction

1. Stats refresh (tech-overview.md, ai-costs.md):

- Tasks: 280→282

- TS tests: 2,094→2,105

- Total tests: 2,685→2,696

- Commits: 400+→410+

1. Article content validation tests (article-content-validation.test.ts):

- +3 tests: EP02 v∞ resolution (two-phase model reference, capture ΔV 2-3 km/s, sensitivity note)

- Updated ai-costs regression tests for new stats (282 tasks, 410+ commits, 2,105 TS tests)

Test Results

• 2,105 TS tests pass (was 2,102, +3 new)
• TypeScript typecheck clean
• Rust fmt check clean
