Task 341: Screenshot Citations in Reports

Description

When analysis is based on information read from video frames, screenshots may be cited in reports for evidence. Must follow fair-use guidelines.

Human directive (AGENT_PROMPT.md phase 25): "画面から読み取れる情報を元に考証している場合などはスクリーンショットを引用してよい。ただし引用の範囲に収まるように節度を持って行うこと。"

Notes

This is more of a policy/guideline than a single task. Should be applied when relevant in future analysis work. Already noted in CLAUDE.md.
