Task 345: Poliastro Flyby & Outer Planet Cross-Validation

Status: DONE

Description

Extended poliastro cross-validation from 25 to 42 checks (+17 new):

1. Uranus/Neptune gravitational parameters (2 checks)
2. Earth→Saturn and Earth→Uranus Hohmann transfer ΔV (4 checks) — directly relevant to EP02/EP03
3. Saturn/Uranus orbital periods (2 checks)
4. Earth→Saturn and Earth→Uranus Hohmann transfer times (2 checks)
5. SOI for Uranus (1 check)
6. Unpowered flyby geometry: turn angle, periapsis velocity, v_inf conservation (3 checks)
7. Powered flyby: periapsis velocity, exit v_inf, Oberth amplification (3 checks)

Total cross-validation: scipy (168) + poliastro (42) + trim-thrust (5) + supplementary (144) + DAG (37) = 396

Changes

• cross_validation/validate_poliastro.py: Added Uranus/Neptune imports, 17 new checks across outer planets, flyby geometry, and Oberth effect
• crates/solar-line-core/tests/cross_validation_export.rs: Added Earth→Saturn/Uranus Hohmann exports, Saturn/Uranus period exports, Uranus SOI, Neptune GM
• cross_validation/rust_values.json: Regenerated with new exports
• reports/data/summary/tech-overview.md: Updated poliastro 25→42, total 379→396
