Task 459: Add Navigation Precision and Nozzle Damage Charts to EP05

Summary

EP05 has rich numerical data but only 1 timeseries + 1 bar + 1 margin gauge. Two key analyses need visualization:

1. Navigation precision comparison (log-scale bar chart): EP05's 20 km precision vs New Horizons DSN (184 km) vs NH autonomous (6.6M km) vs EP03 crisis (14.36M km). Shows the staggering achievement.
2. Nozzle thermal cycle damage chart: Stacked/grouped bar comparing steady-state (99.2%), +cycle fatigue (+1-3%), +creep (+0.5-1.5%) — shows why Kei's safety judgment was correct.

Impact

• Makes EP05's most dramatic moments (precision + nozzle) visually clear
• Follows "more figures are better than fewer"
