Task 463: Add Oberth Effect and Route Comparison Charts to EP01

Summary

EP01 has only 3 visualizations (1 timeseries + 1 margin gauge + 1 bar chart) — the fewest of any episode (EP02-05 have 5-6 each). Two explorations have rich numerical data ideal for charts:

1. Oberth efficiency bar chart (exploration-05): Capture ΔV at different Jupiter altitudes (1.5 RJ = 2.3 km/s, 6 RJ = 2.78 km/s, 15 RJ = 4.13 km/s, SOI = 9.92 km/s). Visually demonstrates why perijove was the only viable option.
2. 72h vs 150h route comparison bar chart (exploration-06): Compare peak velocity (4,249 vs 2,040 km/s), arrival V∞ (12 vs ~5 km/s), and structural risk between the two routes.

Impact

• Brings EP01 chart count from 3 to 5, closer to other episodes
• Makes EP01's most dramatic physics (Oberth effect, route tradeoff) visually clear
• Follows "more figures are better than fewer"
