Task 522: 3D Orbital Analysis Reproduction Tests

Summary
Add reproduction tests pinning key numerical values from 3d_orbital_analysis.json. This file contains ecliptic z-heights, plane change fractions, Saturn ring approach geometry, and Uranus approach angles — all computed from ephemeris data.
Tests to Add
Transfer plane change fractions (2 tests)
- Max plane change: EP03 Saturn→Uranus = 1.51% (largest out-of-plane)
- All 4 transfers have plane change < 2% (validates coplanar approximation assessment)
Planetary z-heights at epoch (2 tests)
- Saturn z-height 47,708,410 km (0.319 AU) — highest
- Earth z-height -30,511 km (essentially zero)
Saturn ring approach (1 test)
- Approach angle 9.33° (shallow, nearly ring-plane-parallel)
- Enceladus outside rings = true
Uranus approach (1 test)
- Obliquity 97.77°, approach angle 25.33° (equatorial, not polar)
Impact
Pins 3D orbital geometry values. Catches ephemeris or coordinate transform changes that would alter ring crossing or approach geometry analysis.
