Summary
Add test coverage for the 11 navigation links added in Tasks 523-524. Currently these links exist in reports but aren't verified by any test — if accidentally removed, the regression wouldn't be caught.

- Extend episode cross-reference test: add attitude-control(EP01), cross-episode(EP02,EP04), ship-kestrel(EP03), other-ships+infrastructure(EP05)
- Extend cross-episode summary test: verify links to all 5 episode reports
Impact
Prevents navigation link regressions for the bidirectional link system.
