Description

External draft review (Task agent, Sonnet) of cross-episode.md identified several issues:

Priority Fixes

1. Untranslated English in analysis body: plausible, implausible, conditional, extraordinary (lines ~2040, 2042, 2466) — add Japanese translations
2. Dialogue timestamp inconsistency: "ep05 04:21" format vs standard "(04:21)" (line ~2554); missing timestamps on some quotes
3. Tsiolkovsky equation variables undefined: $m_0, m_f, v_e$ need definitions (line ~1090)
4. exploration-08 not a link: should be clickable anchor to EP05 report (line ~2003)
5. Oberth/オーベルト mixed notation: inconsistent throughout

Lower Priority

1. 3D viewer caption only describes controls, not content
2. Speed profile chart description should note brachistochrone peak velocities are omitted
