1. 48kt undefined: Lines ~139, 194, 222 — clarify as 48,000t

3. RCS undefined: Multiple lines — add definition on first use
4. cSv/min inconsistency: Line ~1013 — standardize to mSv
5. μ₀ undefined: Line ~1080 — add variable definition
6. standoff undefined: Line ~1080 — add Japanese explanation
7. Capture Prep sentence clarity: Line ~1340 — rewrite for clarity

Lower Priority

1. 6.3 vs 6.37 MN — add note about approximation
2. nominal/enhanced/extreme — add Japanese on first use
3. TRAJECTORY PREDICTION — add Japanese supplement
