Task 600: Final Deployed-Site Review

Description

Comprehensive final review of the deployed GitHub Pages site (https://sksat.github.io/solar-line/) following CLAUDE.md methodology:

• Reader experience review: Evaluate layout, navigation, broken links, readability as a first-time reader
• Quality checks: Verify all interactive components work, charts render, 3D viewers load
• Content coherence: Check that the analysis flows logically for someone unfamiliar with SOLAR LINE
• Stats refresh: Ensure tech-overview.md is current

Review Findings

Strengths (site is in excellent shape)

• AI disclaimer and spoiler warning prominently placed on every page
• Navigation structure is intuitive with episode/summary/meta dropdowns
• Landing page reading guide effectively routes different reader types
• All episode reports (EP01-EP05) load correctly with charts, diagrams, verdicts
• Cross-episode analysis is comprehensive with working 3D viewer
• Communications, ship-kestrel, science-accuracy pages all functional
• DuckDB explorer page loads with schema and preset queries
• Transcription index page properly shows all 5 episodes with accuracy metrics
• Color-coded verdict badges consistently applied throughout
• GitHub repo link visible in both navbar and footer

Issues Fixed

1. Footer "API Docs" → "APIドキュメント": English label in Japanese-only site
2. 404 page title "404 Not Found" → "404 ページが見つかりません": English in page <title> tag
3. ADR heading "Architecture Decision Records (ADR)" → "設計意思決定記録（ADR）": English heading on ADR index page
4. Stats refresh: Commit count 785→786, task count 599→600, TS tests 4,136→4,139

Regression Tests Added

• 3 new tests in templates.test.ts preventing English text from reappearing in footer, 404 page title, and ADR heading

Not Fixing (by design / low priority)

• Technical terms in English (brachistochrone, Isp, ΔV, Oberth) — appropriate for technical analysis
• Dense jargon for newcomers — analysis depth is the primary goal per CLAUDE.md
• Mobile navbar wrapping — functional, cosmetic improvement only

• TS tests: 4,136 → 4,139 (+3 localization regression)
• Total tests: 4,957 → 4,960
