Whether a Sun direction from this central body is computed rather than guessed.
sun_direction_from_body answers +X — the vernal equinox — for a body it
cannot place, which a caller cannot tell from a real direction. A viewer that
draws the Sun as an arrow has to know the difference: a fixed direction is
fine for lighting and reads as a measurement when drawn.
