fn parse_all(text: &str) -> [Result<[alloc::vec::Vec<ParsedElementSet>](https://doc.rust-lang.org/std/vec/struct.Vec.html), [ParseAllError<TleParseError>](../../enums/parseallerror/)>](https://doc.rust-lang.org/std/result/enum.Result.html)
Parse every element set of a TLE catalog, in order.
A catalog is element sets one after another, each with or without its name
line, as CelesTrak’s group queries return them (GROUP=stations&FORMAT=3LE
or FORMAT=2LE). Each is read as parse reads one, and the two forms may
mix. A line laid out as a data line is never read as a name (see
split_record), so an element set missing a line is refused at its index
rather than its neighbour’s lines being read under it.
Stops at the first element set it cannot read, as
ParseAllError::Record at that element set’s index; one cut short at the
end is TleParseError::InsufficientLines. An input without any element
set is InsufficientLines at index 0.
