Geocentric Celestial Reference System frame vector.
Type alias for frame::Vec3<frame::Gcrs>. Current usage: return type of
the Meeus analytic ephemerides (Sun / Moon / planets). In a later phase
the IAU 2006 precession/nutation chain will make this a strict GCRS.
