TN36 §5.6.3 p.63: “the IAU 2006 obliquity is different from the IAU 1980 obliquity … with ε₀ = 84381.406″ for the mean obliquity at J2000.0 of the ecliptic (while the IAU 2000 value was 84381.448″).”
