pub struct NoFieldZero field everywhere: the stand-in for a field this crate does not model.
TiltedDipole and Igrf are both Earth’s, so around another body there
is no model to evaluate — which is not the same as that body having no
field. Approximating the missing model with zero keeps the value honest at
the call site: a magnetometer reads zero, a magnetorquer’s m × B is zero,
and a run carrying a magnetic device there propagates with the device doing
nothing. Reading Earth’s field instead would report a field measured
somewhere else and make torque from it.
