OMM mean elements are expressed. Belongs to the Eci category.
The sgp4 module (behind the sgp4 feature) propagates an
crate::elements::Sgp4Elements set to a Vec3<Teme> state, and
crate::earth::teme rotates TEME into the
integration frames: the precise Rotation<Teme, Gcrs>(Rotation)
(IAU-76/FK5 reduction) and the visualization-grade
Rotation<Teme, SimpleEci>(Rotation).
