const MAX_DEGREE: usize = 2_190usize
Highest degree a coefficient set may declare.
2190 is the highest degree distributed by ICGEM (EGM2008 / EIGEN-6C4),
and the 2⁻⁹³⁰ scaling in legendre keeps P̃nm(±1) representable to
about degree 2700. The bound also keeps a malformed header from
requesting a gigabyte-scale coefficient allocation.
