Each row is a 100-term coefficient array used in geographic_variation_lower() for mesosphere/stratosphere temperature nodes and gradients. Index order: TN2(2), TN2(3), TN2(4), TN3(2), TN3(3), middle atmo avg, TN2(1), TN1(1), TGN3(2), TGN2(2).
