Gcrs

pub struct GcrsGeocentric Celestial Reference System. IAU 2006 CIO chain の celestial side。
Meeus ephemeris (低精度 analytic model) の返り型としても使うため、その値は
厳密な GCRS とは限らない。Meeus 側は of-date の級数を IAU 1976 precession で
J2000 に戻してから返すので precession は入っているが、nutation (≤ 17″)、
J2000→GCRS frame bias (~20 mas)、および model 自身の精度 (~1′) ぶんの残差がある。
