Geocentric Celestial Reference System. IAU 2006 CIO chain の celestial side。

Meeus ephemeris (低精度 analytic model) の返り型としても使うため、その値は 厳密な GCRS とは限らない。GCRS → ITRS の高精度変換は Rotation::<Gcrs, Itrs>::iau2006_full を参照。
