pub struct GcrsGeocentric Celestial Reference System. IAU 2006 CIO chain の celestial side。
現 Phase では Meeus ephemeris (低精度 analytic model) の返り型として使用。
厳密な IAU 2006/2000A の precession-nutation 補正は後続 Phase で追加される。
Rotation<Gcrs, Itrs>::iau2006_full など高精度 chain は Phase 3 で提供予定。
