IAU 2006 precession + IAU 2000A/B nutation model では、観測値と理論値の 残差を IERS が観測から求めて publish する。この補正を適用することで arcsec 級の高精度 GCRS ↔ CIRS 変換が可能になる。
単位は milliarcsec (mas)。
